Return & Exchange Policy

1. Exchanges  are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date for pillow covers and candles.

2. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email address/phone number] to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

4. Include the RAN with your returned items and ship them back to us at [Your Business Address].

5. Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

6. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.

7. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned items.

8. Exchanges for a different size or design are also accepted within the same 14-day period, subject to availability.
